Introduction of copper wire recycling machine:

Copper wire recycling machine is specialized in recycling and separating various scrap wire and cable: auto electric wire, motorcycle electric wire, computer wire, communication wire, various miscellaneous wire, etc.

The machien consist of: crusher, dust collector, crushed material conveyor, separator, pressure reducing blower, output unit, and underbed.

It's able to process max. 20-25mm scrap copper wire, after separating the copper recoveyor rate is about 95-99%.

Working procedure of wire recycling machine:

1. Materials are crushed in the crusher to have plastic skin and copper granules;
2. The crushed materials (mixture of copper and plastic) are conveyed to the separator by the conveyor, during which procedure the plastic granules (including fiber, rope, or tapes, etc. mixed in the wires) are cleaned by the dust cleaner.
3. The separator is consist of separating board, eccentric device, adjustable amplitude device,and speed adjustable motor, etc. It is used to separate plastic and copper.
4. All units are installed on the underbed to form a whole structure, easy for transportation. The machine is adjusted ready for production before shipment, and customer only need to connect it to the power supply.
