Wire stripping machine is suirable for separating plastic wrapping and metal core of various scrap cable wire: copper wire, single core wire, muticore wire, aluminum wire, sheet cable wire, flat wire, etc.

This machine is using fouh stage adjustable speed motor with four stage gearbox, you can simplely push one handle to neutral position, then adjust another handle. Very easy and convenient for operation.

We have various models which peel different size scrap wire, max. diameter can be 200mm.

Working voltage can be custom made according to your local standard: 110v/220V/230V/240V/380V/415V/440V, 50-60HZ available.

How to maintain scrap copper wire stripping machine

• Operator need to pay special attention to the safety of hands.
• The pressure should not be too much, overload working is not good for long serving life.
• If the cable can't get through, operator has to check whether the belt is loose or pressure is too much less, or blades are wrong directed.
• If this machine works with heavy duty for a long time, operator ned to check the transmission oil capacity, grease lubrication is required on the four shaft gears before working every three moths.
• Keep daily  maintaince of the four bearings, any damage to bearings will cause saft broken problem after continuous operating.
• When it's going to work with big size cable, it's necessary to keep upper shaft on same level.
• Any loosing of the four lifting screw nuts of transmission and motor have to be adjusted by fastening the chain and v-belt.
• Postion of transmission and motor have to be kept parallel.

Packing method:

Every wire stripping machine will be well fixed and covered with plastic film, outside packing with plywood case.
