No Matter Small or Large quantity,all our products is with 18months Warranty againest the date factory inspection.

If small problem, free spare parts can be delivered to you within 5days, and we will video to show you how to solve .

If your quantity is big enough, our engineer is available to fly to your place to solve the problem.

2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 

A: Our factory is located in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China,  about 2 hours train from  Shanghai , 2hours plane from Guangzhou, three hours bus from Yiwu, you are warmly welcome to visit us! 

3.Q:What is the material of your products?

A: Only New material can be used for our products.

Materials for Generator: 100% Pure Crankcase;

                                              If you request copper wire, must 100% Pure Copper Wire ;

                                              If you request Aluminium, must 100% Aluminium.

Materials for Water Pump: 100% Pure Auminium Pump body and Crankcase

4.Q:What is Minimum Order quantity? 
A: Sample can be offered for testing quality,future order MOQ 10/50/100 pieces for different products,You are welcomed to consult for details.
