Application and features:

1. This machine is suitable for large plants with a die cutter for carpets, leather, rubber, cloth and other non-metallic materials for continuous high-volume punching operation
2. conveying part adopts PLC control, servo motor drive input material from one side of the machine, by die-cutting, the output from the other side, to ensure accurate feeding, stable operation; and feeding length can be easily adjusted via the touch screen.
3. Host use poster-oriented, double crank balanced, four-poster trimming dead stop, hydraulic control system, to ensure that the cutting speed and accuracy of the machine, all sliding joints use a central oil supply automatic lubricating device, the wear to a minimum.
The material input and output are transported on the conveyor, die cutting materials also done automatically on the conveyor belt.
5. Photoelectric pneumatic corrective devices to ensure precise location of the conveyor belt running.
6. Cutting machine feed area, a gate equipped with safety light curtains to ensure operator safety.
7. Die fixed using pneumatic clamping or mechanical clamping device, quick and easy replacement of die cutter.
8. Special specifications can be customized.
