Small end: Φ194mm~402mm,
Lengh: ≤ 9m, can meet current needs of all existing specifications of steel-making mill.
Uses of tapered steel pipe:
In the steel making process at present, as straight oxygen lance used, the oxygen lance sticking is a common problem. It is the most difficult work to handle the adhesion on the lance. The workers often suffer injury, burns and other accidents.
The best way to avoid oxygen lance sticking is to use tapered oxygen lance. The lance body near the nozzle is tapered, upper end is bigger and lower end is small.The steel slag cannot stick on the lance. It has proved that it has long performance life, high efficiency of steelmaking.
