The elbow making machine is mainly used for producing a variety of elbows in 1D-2.5D. We could design and manufacture automatic or manual type according to your requirement.

Main features:

1)     It realizes hydraulic opening and closing of the push gate.

2)     Using BCT closed cooling system,soft water as cooling medium, not scaling, not blocking pipe, low malfunction.

3)   The main valves use international standard Rexroth serious products, magnetic valves use safe DC 24V controlling.

4)   The hydraulic pump station adopt full sealed structure, no leak, with main and auxiliary fuel tank, easy in maintenance.

5)   Digital indicator installed in the operation desk, monitoring operation temperature and hydraulic pressure.

6)   Electrical elements adopt Siemens or Schneider products.
