Product Description

Brief introduction :

It is intended to changing round steel tubes into square tubes, rectangular tubes or other special tubes by pushing and cold rolling.

It is capable to produce square or rectangular tubes with the maximum and the minimum side length and wall thickness in the industry. The unit can also be used as cold sizing equipment for medium-large diameter steel tubes with high sizing accuracy

Main features :

1. Side lengths of produced square or rectangular tubes:

   Max.: side length × side length × wall thickness=  600×600× (5~35mm)

   Min.: side length × side length × wall thickness= 80×80× (2~15mm)  .

   Square or rectangular tube length: 3~  14m

2. The unit consists of four shaping frames and one straightening frame (with Turks heads), all of which are mounted on the same plane.

3. Its driving power section is designed and fabricated in the two-step hydraulic pushing pipe making machine.
