2.Equipment technical description

1. )Storing rack

Function: used for storing steel pipe which to be processed

Structure:Shaped steel, steel plate welding, machining 

Working process:  puts steel tube on the storing rack by workshop crane or briar dressing mechanism, the storing rack has a certain slope, steel pipe roll to storing rack depend on gravity until the end by the keep-off lever block

2.) Input roller bed

Function:used for longitudinal conveying round pipe into unit machine

Structure: rollgang made of V-shaped roller 

working process:

When transfer steel pipe, roller rise,kick-out device move the steel pipe into rollgang, rollgang is active, movethe steel pipe into former longitudinally

Process of adjustment:

Adjust the position of kick-out device according to the pipe diameter, ensure the kick-out device can only move 1 piece of pipe into roller bed.

Loosen the bolt fixed between baffle and support, refix the baffle after put it in place.

3.) Forming machine

Function: press the round pipe into square pipe through squeeze roller

Structure:Horizontal squeezing roller and Vertical squeeze roll layout in same plane( namely quarto stand), horizontal squeezing roller is active 5 groups.  Vertical squeeze roll is passive 5 groups, 4 roll rough straightening(Turkey’s head) 1 group.

4.)output roller bed

Function: used for longitudinal conveying rectangular, square pipe

Structure: rollgang made of plain-barrel(l)ed roll

5. )Unloading table:

Function: transmission finished pipe from output roller to baling press

Structure: made of shaped steel ,steel plate welding, machining
