I. Application: it is applicable for thermally flaring one or two ends of steel tubes of various sizes (depending on dimensions required by customer).

1. Corrosion prevention of tubes and pipes. It is impossible to protect weld junction at end connection of a steel tube against corrosion, while after the end is flared, a anti-corrosion fitting may be placed into the junction, and O polyurethane sealing ring may be used to separate the junction from liquid carried in the tube, thus protecting the junction against corrosion, and extending service life of the whole tube.

2. Flare one end of interconnecting steel pipe, and insert the other end of steel pipe into the flared end, which is used in embedded wires, cables and communication steel pipe works in construction of municipal roads.

3. Flare ends of a large-diameter steel pipe so that it becomes a pipe with internal and external ball connections for easy bending and welding, which is mostly used in large-diameter steel pipes carrying liquid and gas.

Ⅱ.Main technical parameters

Maximum flaring diameter of steel tube: Φ1900×50; (flaring length 100~800mm); length of raw steel tube: 3, 6, 9, 12m or 3-12m.
