This is machine is applicable to the hydraulic pressure test of steel pipe.

It is mainly used to do pressure test with recording ,storing ,printing and testing in the computer .The equipment  is using the PLC programming control for oil water balance, operation platform equipped with touch screen operating system and liquid crystal display (LCD) screen.This machine is one of the hydrostatic pipe testers , which is for a single piece test, four tension-beam, end plane sealing, low-pressure pump filling water, booster pumps pressurized and equipped with PLC systems, computer display and print records system, applicable to the hydraulic pressure test of steel pipe in line with API 5L standard and even high grade.

B Steel pipe radial seal:Using radial sealing ring

The sealing ring can repeat test 15 ~ 50 times,according to user's need to customize.

Production line:

Pipe on→receiving→water filling→suppressing→pressurizing→pressure relief→drainage→pipe out.
