    1) working pump: 63SCY14-1B( high pressure plunger pump) 1 piece with 18.5kw electric machine.

    2) Fast forward fast rewind pump:PFE-41056(vane pump)1 piece with 15kw electric machine

   3) auxiliary pump: 25MCY14-1B(high pressure plunger pump)1 piece with7.5kw electric machine

   4) work speed:0-2800mm/min .

4. Medium-frequency power supply: power:30-400KW(digital control,Frequency sweep soft start):

     Feature:control circuit adopted CPLD full digital control program, with its advantage of  output pulse stability, punctuality,

     big trig ger power, strong anti interference ability, can track small change in the load at any time, adjust operating data 

     automatically, feedback signal adjust the opening of X angle and F angle automatically, so part of energy saved real

     time, seldom breakdowns, start-up mode: zero-pressure scan soft start.

6. Equipment features:

  1) gates of equipment push plate by hydraulic controlling

  2) key hydraulic valves adopted international standard Rexroth series products(Beijing Huade), magnetic valves adopted 

      DC 24V controlling.

  3) all the surfaces of support plate, push plate, gate, gate slide way processed elaborately.

  4) gate, push plate gate adopted 45# steel plate, after thermal refining to enhance the intensity.

  5) We will do eliminating stress treatment for the structural parts of equipment support plate, push plate ect after welding.

  6) in order to whole machine equipment quality, all the equipment oil cylinders are made by our factory according to the

     National Standard.

  7) hydraulic power pack and highpressure oil pipe are made strictly according to National Standard with pickling passivation

      treatment.

8) installed the Infrared measuring temperature detection and digital pressure display on general service desk in order to 

     test the working temperature and working pressure online.

9) the equipment adopts automatic feeding, feedstock system, controlled by PLC programme, can realize the automatic 

     feeding or feedstock running.
