1.Choose Materials

 We have stringent requirements for chosing the materials including the Jumping mat,galvanized tube,galvanized spring,padding cloth,safety net,EPE foam etc.Each of them will be determined before producing.

2.Manufacturing of Trampoline Part

 We have professional manufacture equipments such as Tube Cutting Machine,Tube Welding Machine,Automatic Tube Port Forming Machine,Uniaxial Hydraulic Pipe Bender Machine etc to promise every part we produce can meet your requirements.

Right measurement for Jumping Mat is very important,so we hired a profesional skilled team to be in charge of cutting.Then through carefully sewing with the V-rings to finish a integral trampoline jumping mat.

Before mass pruduction,we will usually finish one integral trampoline,checking whether it could meet your requirement.If everythings is ok,then we will begain your order formally,if not,then find the problems and correct them.

3.Package

 After finishing every trampoline parts,they will be placed on both sides of the packing line,then 4-6 professional packers will pack them carefully.Finally,the finished goods will be placed in the warehouse ordered.
