Application

1, Adopt xenon arc lamp which can simulate sunlight spectrum to reproduce destructive light waves exsiting in different environments so as to provide the corresponding environment simulation and acceleration test for scientific research, product development and quality control.                                

2, Suitable for new materials selecting, improve current materials or evaluate material compositions changing durability tests, simulates the material changing when it expose to sunlight in different environmental conditions.

Structure

1, The housing adopts quality A3 steel panel (t=1mm) with CNC machine processing, housing surface processing with spraying plastics be much bright clean.                              

2, The liner is made of imported SUS304 stainless steel panel (t=1mm).
3, High density glass fiber, insulation thickness is 80mm.
4, Long shaft fan motor with high-low temperature resistance, multi-vane impeller.
5, Adopt double-deck high temperature resistance, extense sealing strip between  door and housing to ensure the testing space hermetically.                    

6, Xenon lamp adopts upper fix form, can test 32” product.
7, Bottom adopts fixable PU running wheel.                              

8, Inspection window adopts multi hollow tempered glass which can inspect the test process clearly.
