1.  What is the general flow?

1) browsing the web and choose the items that you're interested in

2) send us an inquiry to tell us your request, quantity and all the other details.

3) we will send you the detailed quotation as per your request. 

4) send samples. ( PS: the sample shipping cost should be on the account of clients.)

5) confirm the samples and send us the 30% deposit. ( For small amount order, 100% deposit should be paid)

6) we begin the mass production.

7) you send us the balance of payment, then we send the products to you. Waybill NO. or express tracking number will be provided once we have. 

2. What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ is usually 5CTNS.

3. Payment Terms

1) Small order: 100% payment before the mass production

2) Big Order: 30% for the deposit, the rest balanced before shipping. 

4. Can you print our logo or brand on the item?

Yes, no problem! Every item has different MOQ if printed your logo or brand. Pls ask us when you're interested in some items. 

5. Can you provide us the sample?

Sure, but I'm afraid you need to pay sample fee( 2 times of product unit price) and sample shipping cost. 

6. How is the warranty?

1year. We will send you the new products to replace the bad ones if the problem is proved to be in our side.
