4. The coming of shallow air flotation machine is a great breakthrough in air flotation water purification technology. It changes the static inlet and dynamic outlet to be dynamic inlet and static outlet, and takes advantage of “zero speed” principle to make the suspended matters vertically float to the surface of water in a relatively static environment. The floating distance reaches to the minimum, and will not be affected by the outlet flow speed. The theoretical pool depth can be 450mm only, the retention time of sewage in the machine can be 3~5 minutes only, the machine is greatly reduced in volume. Besides, the bubbles are well distributed, no dead zone for air floating,and the mud scraper has little disturbance to water, the purification rate is greatly improved.

4. Built-up structure is convenient for transportation, installation and relocation.

5. Large rigidity, only need a “# shape” concrete beam to support the machine, foundation is unnecessary, with a lost cost for civil work.

6. The machine can be made by carbon steel (the key parts: stainless steel), part stainless steel,and all stainless steel. The carbon steel ones are all anticorrosion treated with special method after the first level stand blasting, which can be able to prevent the corrosion from acid and alkali, the working life can be 10 years.

7. The ratating jointn introduces the high-tech patent technology, it is maintenance free and attrition adjustable, no water-leakage for long term running, which belongs to the permanent design.

8. The key parts such as the bearing have passed the evaluation of industrial practice, so the machine is with a low failurerate and low maintenance cost. The driving and scum scraper motor would not overheat with a long time operation

9. Dissolved air device and balancedenergy dissipation system are all made by stainless steel, no moving parts, no blocking, no cleaning and maintenance.

10. There is multiple protection for the moving parts, it can reliably operate out of door for a long time.
