Operating Principle of Dust Catcher

    Dust air enters from one side of filter chamber into the clean room after passing through the cylinder and is delivered to upper air box via the fan, then is filtered into static pressure tank through the high-efficient filter in speed reduction process and discharged from air outlet. Airflow trend favors sinking of the dust; filter cylinder can ensure that air in the clean room meets the dust-removing requirement. High efficient filter can guarantee that final filtration efficiency can reaches class 100,000. Testing holes are kept behind high-efficient filter to show pressure difference and detect dust particle number. Static pressure tank can effectively lower the dynamic pressure of outlet air flow, not influencing wind pressure balance of the air-conditioning unit.

    When dust on the surface of filtering material in the filter cylinder increases and needs removing, operation system automatically conducts dust removing (at given time or under given pressure) in the cylinder. Turn on the air pulse valve rapidly to enable high pressure air to spring back into the filter cylinder and blow away dust stayed on the cylinder surface, dust dropping into dust hopper along air flow. Then turn off the pulse valve to finish dust cleaning in the cylinder to make it resume to filtering state. Operation system opens other pulse valves again to carry out dust cleaning on other cylinders. Dust remover completely resume to filtering state after all the cylinders go through dust removing cycling. Given time and given pressure can be reached by transfer switch. Users shall prepare air source for pulse dust removing.
