Application scope:

    Industries those are easy to produce dry dust like chemistry industry, pharmaceutical industry, food processing, carbon materials, mechanical processing, building materials and compound materials.

Operating principle:

    Place the machine assembly in an independent dust removing chamber equipped with corresponding air hose, suspended hood and dust collector. Suspended hood and dust collector are connected together. Dust air enters the cylinder from dust source through suspended hood, air hose and air inlet after the power and fan have been switched on. Dust with large grain size separate from the dust air and sink into dust hopper under its gravity due to sudden decrease in flow rate caused by sharp increase in air flow. Other dust particles remain on the outer wall of the filtering bag which has supported by framework. Purified air is discharged to the air outlet through the framework. Mechanical rapping device will carry out dust removing in the filter bag when dust removing button is pressed after the remover is shut down. Dust sticking on the surface of the filter bag is shaken into the dust hopper and dust removing will be finished after thirty minutes, finishing the task of dust cleaning.
