Our hardware factory started operation in 2003, based on more than10 years' experienceon manufacturing standard / non-standard fasteners and hardware products, we have developed into a large and well known factory in local area.

Our total capacity is now over150,000 tons annually. The workshop has introduced most advanced equipment since year 2010. Those equipment includesmulti-station auto cold forging production line, imported HBF-438 and domestic Z47-24/4 machine,advanced CNC processing equipment, complete processing line ofthread rolling, stamping, grinding, milling, heat treatmentand so on. The factory also owns all the surface treatment lines such asblack, phosphate coating, zinc coating, hot dip galvanizing and dacromet finish.

In the process of production, products will be done with thefirst inspection, self-inspection and routing inspection. The whole performance tests will be conducted in ourown test centerin accordance with the relevant standards. A final inspection andtest certificatewill be issued along with the products.
