Our high quality A325 TC bolt, A490 TC bolt, can be produced with carbon steel, stainless steel and according to ASTM F1852, F2280 standard. Our hardware factory started operation in 2003, based on more than 10 years' experienceon manufacturing standard / non-standard fasteners and hardware products, we have developed into a large and well known factory in local area.

Our total capacity is now over 150,000 tons annually. The workshop has introduced most advanced equipment since year 2010. Those equipment includes multi-station auto cold forging production line, imported HBF-438 and domestic Z47-24/4 machine,advanced CNC processing equipment, complete processing line of thread rolling, stamping, grinding, milling, heat treatmentand so on. The factory also owns all the surface treatment lines such as black, phosphate coating, zinc coating, hot dip galvanizing and dacromet finish.

In the process of production, products will be done with the first inspection, self-inspection and routing inspection. The whole performance tests will be conducted in our own test centerin accordance with the relevant standards. A final inspection and test certificatewill be issued along with the products.
