1)Environmentally friendly foaming,polyurethane panel thickness:100mm,density about 43kg/m3,with gasket. Panels are male(convex groove) and female (concave groove) type,cam locks preburried inside the panels,use a key to fasten. 

2)convex door,heavy duty.It can be changed to hinge door base on customer's requirement.

3)Copeland brand compressor,durable to use,with good refrigeration.

4)Necessary parts are included.

Cold storage room -Polyurethane insulation panels

1. Polyurethane panels are 100% polyurethane insulation, foamed by high pressure by using BASF foaming material,green to the environment.

2. PU panels are foamed by high pressure, our pressure plate can bear the pressure up to 200 ton, even foaming,  the whole panel average density above 40kg/m3 which enable the panel with better thermal conductivity of  0.021W/(m.k).

3. All the panels are with fire retardant, reach the B1 hard firing material for the safety.

4.  The steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, the protect film of the painted galvanized steel is 0.07mm thick, well protect the steel sheet in fine condition.
