Feature

1)Environmentally friendly foaming,polyurethane panel thickness:100mm,density about 43kg/m3,with gasket. Panels are male(convex groove) and female (concave groove) type,cam locks preburried inside the panels,use a key to fasten.

3)Cold storage room convex door,heavy duty.It can be changed to hinge door(automatic closing) base on customer's requirement.

4)Copeland brand compressor,durable to use,with good refrigeration.

5)Necessary parts are included.

1.Cold storage room refrigeration unit

For cold room, will use Copeland split type/Monoblock refrigeration unit

Refrigerant is R404A

2.Panel

(1) The cold storage room panels male and female, cam lock type, use hexagonal key to assemble.

(2)Cold storage room panel thickness. Different thickness panel is used in different temperature cold storage room.

(3) Our cold storage room panels meets JB/6527-2006<modular cold room insulation sandwiched panel’s technology conditions> standard request.

(4)Cold storage room panels Dimension

Polyurethane sandwiched panels are of 100% Polyurethane insulation, which is constructed by being foamed in place with retarted Polyurethane using high pressure. They have certain dimensions. Standard widths of panels are a multiple of 1183mm. The maximum lengths of panels are 13.5M. Non-standard sizes are also available upon request with price varying.

(5)The foaming material we choose is imported BASF (US brand) foaming material, green to the environment.  

The steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15 years.

5.Loading

We have lifting platform to help installing.Normally use forklift for loading.

6.Installation

Client just install the cold storage room according to the number which we marked on the package. It is more easier to finish it.

7. Workshop

There are three workshops in Dachang company, two are for panels production, the other one is for door production.

8.Exhibition 

Dachang company will take part in different exhibitiong every year including Shanghai, Beijing,German etc.
