1. There is instruction bracket following the machines which is enough as a installation guide.

2. If necessary, we can also settle technician to help on installation and work training. 

   The customer should take charge for the visa, air ticket, worker's acccommodation in buyer's country and

      worker's salary. (USD 100/day)

Guarantee

Except the wearing parts, 12 months guarantee for machine and 6 months guarantee for electric appliance after

 shipment. During guarantee time, if the parts were broken caused by the product problem, seller will offer the 

parts by free.

1. Q: What's the producing time and delivery time? 

 A.If we have stock, delivery to Tianjin port about 5 days, No stock, it wil be 25-35 days after received your  

  deposit.   

2. Q: what's the packing of the machine?

  A.In wooden pallet, In plastic film, the spare parts and cabinet packed by wooden box.

3. Q: What's the payment term?

   A. Usually by T/T (30% in advance, the balance against the copy of B/L)

       L/C is acceptable.

4. Q:  How do your control quality?

   A. We have an inspection team to check the products at all stages of the manufacturing process-raw material,

 welding process and test the finished products, etc. 100% inspection in assemby line to achieve the required 

quality levels.
