First ,Take big sheet melamine board,Factory workers will know from each customer order requirement.

Secone :Cut big sheet into the size needed (either for wardrobe/kitchen /bookcase/shoe case/bathroom cabinet) the carcass use melamine board

Third,Edge banding. Small board quality inspected fine, Do edge banding with dfferent materials per customer needs(can be in ABS/pvc/Acrylic,aluminum alloy ext)

Fourth.Test installation Due to drawing

Fifth:Package check and working on packing list (Each board must be inside)

Sixth: Balance comfirmed and arrange goods loading.

I. Custom-made Kitchen Cabinet

Step 1: send us your kitchen layout or draft, so that we can get an idea of the dimensions and space allocation.

Step 2: Our designer will design a particular kitchen cabinet as you require 

Step 3: Quote on your approved design drawings and modify both of them if need;

Step 4: Sign contract and make the deposit;

Step 5: Start production against receiving full deposit;

Step 6: Inspect quality, quantity and arrange the balance;

Step 7: Pack and deliver the goods as per agreed way;

Step 8: Offer installation guidance and lifetime technical support after sales.
