Flexible packaging is construction of 2 to 4 films laminated together using adhesives or extrusion coating. Each layer serves a vital purpose.

-          Outer layer: Excellent printable surface and provides strength

-          Middle layer: Barrier layer, protects from moisture, light, gases, odors etc, keep fresh to extends shelf life, provides abrasion resistance

-          Inner layer: Food contact layer, heat sealable surface, provide flexibility and strength
