How to design Pallet Racks?

1.length

Length of a pallet racking unit has something to do with how many pallets per tier and the pallet size. For example, Euro pallet size is "L1200*W800*H150mm", 800mm is the entry for forklift, and three pallets per tier, then length for the pallet rack unit should be longer than 2400mm, 2700mm or so is OK.

2.Width

Width of  a pallet racking unit still relates to the pallet size. Still,"L1200*W800*H150mm", 800mm is the entry, in this case, width of the rack should be shorter than 1200mm, 1100mm or 1000mm are OK.

3. Height

Height of Industrial Pallet Rack per tier depends on how high your goods together with the pallet height. Total height of a unit is to the customer's specific requirement.

4. Load capacity

Load capacity is an important factor for designing a rack. It is the weight of your goods with pallets.

2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China, close to Guangzhou and Hongkong. You can fly to Hongkong, Guangzhou or Shenzhen airport directly. You are warmly welcome to visit us whenever you are available!

3. Q: What is the raw material of your products?

A: As general, the raw material of steel code is  Q235. Other steel is also available to clients’ requirements.

4. Q: What is the term of payment? 

A: As general, 40% T/T down payment and balance before shipping.

5. Q: What is delivery times

A: It depends on the order quantity and racking types. As general, within 25 days, for ordinary order quantity of customized pallet racks.

6. Q: Which port will be used as loading port?

A: Shenzhen port, the closest port to us, is recommended strongly as loading port. Guangzhou port is also available, but not recommended because of much higher in-land trucking transportation costs from our factory.  

7. Q: May I know the status of my order?

A: Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order. You will get the latest information in time.

8. Q: Are samples available?

A: Yes. Short sections of samples could be provided, they are free of charge, but international courier costs to be borne by clients.
