Good quality full-weight continous 300T/h Stabilized soil mixing station

Stabilized soil mixing station which can be stabilized soil mixing gravel and lime stabilized soil, is widely applied in building highway, Ⅰgrade highways, Ⅱgrade highways, urban roads, airports, stadiums and other basic construction projects. 

Stabilized soil mixing station is used to blend quicklime , slaked lime (10-15% moisture content), 

soil, sand, fly ash, cement and other raw materials, production of lime and other basic materials.

Our Stabilized soil mixing station adopts horizontal double shaft mixer without liners. This 

technology could have a good efficiency of mixing and steady working. More important, it is not 

necessary to change liners and has long usage span life.

2.Reducer is driven by single motor and gear wheel. It could be resistant to vibrate and shock. 

At the same time, it has strong resistance to overload capacity.    

3. there is a unique design of water supply system. This water supply design could make sure 

steady water supplying and decrease dust pollution. As well it could avoid stabilized soil 

agglomerate.    

4.Comparing with impeller feeder, we use screw feeder with large opening for powder material. 

Thus could avoid material blocking.
