Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A1: We are leading manufacturer of washi tape in China.We could control full producing line of the washi tape, paper printing, adhesive coating, rewinding, cutting and packaging,so as to control the quality by our own.

Q2: MOQ:
A2:Customize : For your trial order,MOQ of per pattern is 1000 rolls(current order should be 4000rolls mix),Size will be 15mm x 10meters normally, if you would like to make it 20meters long or other are available.

Stock patterns:  MOQ of per pattern is 20 rolls,and total is at least 720 rolls.

Q3: How do you ensure our design copyright?
A3: We could sign a contract to guarantee with you.

Q4:For custom way,what is the sampling fee?
A4: Sampling cost ( based on 15mm X 10m ) :

1~3 colors US$100 per design,refundable when quantity reach 10000 rolls
4 colors US$150 per design,refundable when quantity reach 20000 rolls
5~6 colors US$200 per design,refundable when quantity reach 27000 rolls

Q5: May I choose the designs on the website?
A5: Since most of the designs on the website are made by our customers with copyright, if you would like to print these patterns, you could redesign it and change a bit for printing.

Q6: How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A6: Our products through professional quality inspection before they sent out. We are happy to accept your company's quality inspector of the inspection. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement. 

Q7:What is the lead time?
A7: Date of delivery:Within 15 working days after payment when the quantity less than 2 million rolls.(Make your own design)

Date of delivery: Within 5 working days after payment ( Stock patterns)
