Quality control:

1 What’s the function for fiber laser?

Fiber Laser is only used to process on metal like Stainless Steel, Carbon/Mild Steel, Galvanized Steel etc. Non-metal is not ok.

2 How much thickness shall we cut?

Cutting thickness is related to laser power.

300W: 1.5mm stainless steel, 3mm carbon steel

500W: 3mm stainless steel, 6mm carbon steel

1000W:6mm stainless steel, 14mm carbon steel

Attention only 1KW and the above could process on Aluminum, Cooper, Brass and other high reflection sheet metal.

3 What’s the brand of laser source?

Under 1KW: Raycus made in China or SPI/IPG made in Germany

Above 1KW: Rofin/IPG made in Germany

4 How to choose among different models?

Belt transmission with stepper motor for advertisement and light industrial purpose, both 300 and 500W could be installed.

HS-F2513C: Standard model with 300W

HS-F2513A: On base of F2513C, it’s added with a protection cover

5 Ball Screw with servo motor transmission

HS-M3015C: Standard model with 500W

HS-M3015B: On base of M3015C, it’s added pipe cutting function

HS-M3015A: On base of M3015C, it’s added with a protection cover

6 Rack&Pinion with dual motor driving

HS-G3015C: 500W, 750W and 1000W could be installed

HS-G3015B: On base of G3015C, it’s equipped with double exchangeable table

HS-G3015A: On base of G3015B, protection cover is equipped with this model

General questions

1 What’s the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down? 

The machine has 1 years' guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback. Parts except for consumable parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.

2 What’s the trade term?

Both FOB and CNF/CFR/CIF is OK.

3 What’s the payment terms?

30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery by T/T is prefer. Small amount with West Union or Paypal is acceptable.

4 Do we have any certificate?

CE, FDA and ISO with BV certificate

5 How about the documents after shipment?

After shipment, we will send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

6 Do you arrange shipment for the machines?

Yes, dear esteemed customers, for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
