BOS series axially-split single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump is an axially-split one of the new generation, developmed by Guangzhou Baiyun Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. through optimized design based on absorption of German Omega's advanced technology.

The features of the BOS series axially-split single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump: an excellent hydraulic model, excellent resistance to corrosion, and a high efficiency.

Main Applications:
BOS Series Axially-split Single-stage Double-suction Centrifugal Pump is suitable for use in: public water supply and drainage in city and town, water supply for central heating system, and water supply and drainage for ferrous metallurgy enterprises, petrochemical refinery, paper mill, oil field, heating and power plant, airport construction, chemical fibre factory, textile mill, sugar factory, chemical factory, and power station. Structure Character:

BOS series pump is a horizontal single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump. The inlet and outlet of the pumps are set up under the axis of pump, uprightly to the axis, and in the same horizontal line. Pipes of inlet and outlet and motor need not be removed while pump is repaired. The inlet of pump is adopted a non-volution structure, reducing loss of inlet.

Casing: a axial-split structure, ease of maintenance.

Impeller: high hydraulic efficience. Double suction impeller balances axial thrustof rotor basically.

Bearing: bearings at the two ends belong to deep groove bearings, is adopted grease lubrication.

Casing Wear ring: casing wear ring with steps is installed incasing, being expedient to installing and removing.

Shaft sealing: stuffing seal or M7N typemechanical seal, inside cycle for flush, lubrication and cooling.

Rotating direction: Watching from driver depends, the direction of standard type is clockwise, and the direction of special type is counterclockwise.
