AY series centrifugal oil pump

Main Applications:
AY series centrifugal oil pump is mainly used for pumping clean, low temperature or high temperature, neutral or corrosive liquid.
Used in petroleum refining, petro-chemical, chemical industry, oil field and delivery of oil/gas.

AY series centrifugal oil pump is designed and developed on the base of Y series.
Bearing 35, 50, 60 of bearing components are replaced by bearing 45, 55, 70, to improve reliability.
Hydraulic components adopt hydraulic model of high efficiency energy-saving pump, the efficiency is 5~8% better than Y series oil pump.
To keep inheritance, structure, outline dimensions, performance parameters are the same with Y series oil pump, better for old equipments replacement and improvement.
Components are universal type, high quality materials, body mainly use class 2, class 3 materials. Parts, such as bearing,  have cast steel and cast iron for choice, better to use outdoor in cold area and shipment use.
There are air-cooling, fan-cooling, and water-cooling total three types of bearings for different pump temperature. Fan-cooling bearing is best for area lack of water or water quality not good.

Structure Characteristics:
There are six types of AY series oil pump, which are single-stage, single-suction type; double-stage, single-suction, armed suspended type; single-stage, double-suction, armed suspended type; single-stage, double-suction, two-end-supported type; double-stage, double-suction, two-end-supported type, and double-stage, single-suction, two-end-supported type.
AY series centrifugal oil pump with the two-piece pump body in the radial and installd in the horizontal is specially suitable for pumping inflammable, explosive and toxic liquids. The inlet and outlet flanges are casted together with the pump cover for the packingseals and mechanical seals with a water-cooling jacket cast outside the shaft seal chamber. This water-cooling jacket is designed for pumping water with the the temperature above 66°C or hydrocarbon with the same above 150°C.
The axial force of the pump is balanced by the balancing hole of the impeller.
The radial ball bearings and thrust ball bearings are lubricated with oil slingers. The bearing body with cooling fins cast is cooled by air (T<120°C), or by venting by a fan (T=120~260°C), or by water (T=260~420°C).
The oil pump is designed with a long flexible coupling for easy disassembly of the impeller, shaft and shaft seals, etc.
