Standard

ISZ series direct-coupled single stage centrifugal pump is a new developed horizontal pump according to ISO2858 with increased flow rate size, meeting requirements of the National standrad JB/T53058-93.

Characteristics

1. Direct-Coupled structure of ISZ series centrifugal pump had reduced the floor size and space to minimum degree, saving over 60% civil engineering investment. It can be used in narrow places.
2. Horizontal design, convenient for installation and use.
3. The perfect balance between pump, shaft and impeller guarantees little vibration and low noise during operation.
4. Shaft seal applies mechanical seal, which is made of tingsten carbide, fluorine rubber, stainless steel, etc. It's normal service life is more then 8,000 hours. It can effectively improve working strength and environment of pump room.
5. The thickness of pump body is thick, so when the water passes through, can guarantee usage of circulation system which is higher in pipeline static pressure.
6. Variuos materials and various types are suitable for users to deliver different mediums.

Working Conditions & Applications:

1. ISZ horizontal clean water pump: is specially for delivery of clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical features as clean water, suitable for supply and discharge water in industry and city, pressurized water supply for tall buildings, spay-irrigation for gardens, fire-fighting pressurization long-distance conveyance, heating and cooling circulation bathroom, etc. Working emperature T≤80°C.
2. IRZ horizontal hot water pump: is widely used for: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile industry, paper making, hot water pressurization and conveyance of boiler in hotels and restaurants, city heating system, etc. Working emperature T≤120°C.
3. IHZ horizontal chemical pump: is used to deliver corrosive liquid which is free from solid particles and with similar viscosity as water. Suitable for departments with gasoline, chemical engineering, metallurgy, electri power, paper making, food, pharmacy, synthetic fiber,etc. Working emperature -20°C~+120°C.
4. IYZ horizontal oil pump: can deliver oil products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, flammable and explosive liguids. Medium temperature is -20°C~+120°C.
5. The performance parameter, installation dimension, performance curve of IRZ, IHZ AND IYZ are the same as ISZ series.
