How to order from us:

1 Please confirm the mode  number and quantities that you would like to purchase to our sales person , or email to us .

2 We will send you a Proforma Invoice to specify net cost of mentioned goods and other relevant  charges once you confirm the order.

3 After you arrange the payment and send us your nank slip, we will put your order down to production, and let you know the delivery date in 2 days.

4 When the goods are finished, we will send them by air express, or by sea, or other available shipping menthods appointed by customers, and let you know the tracking number and estimated time of arrival.

Warranty Policy

We provide two year warranty for CCTV Cameras and DVRs after the  shipment date. Any product proves defective under normal usage, we will repair or replace it by free of charge.

1.If our customers could repair the products by  themselves locally, we will supply necessary spare parts.

2.If the customers couldn't repair the products , the products will need to be sent back to us, and we repair and bear 50% freight  charge. All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality  inspection before delivery.
