Shaking table is one of the major gravity ore dressing machines, in some aspect it is the most important gravity ore dressing machine. It was designed to concentrate the fine-grinded or micro-grinded rare metal & precious material.

The shaking table separate the mineral granular based on the gravity differences between the different materials inside the pulp. When the pulp reached the table surface from the feeding channel, the granular in it will be effected by the gravity force, water flow force, the inertial force and friction force which comes from the reciprocating movement of the table surface, under the effect of these four forces, the granular inside the pulp will be classified and moved to the different direction: the high density one will go front and drop from the concentration end, the gangue will go to the tailing side, and the middles will be re-concentrated on the shaking table. 

The characteristics of Shaking Table are high enrichment ratio, high efficiency of beneficiation, easy operation and convenient stroke adjustment. Changing the horizontal slope and stroke length, it can still maintain bed running in balance. Spring is placed in the box, so its structure is compact. Also it can eventually get the concentrates and tailings.

1. Head Motion                                                                                                      

Shaking Table cast iron to contain an oil reservoir for perfect splash lubrication. This feature protects the moving parts, reducing operating and maintenance costs to a minimum.

2. Decks                                                                                                      

Shaking Table have three distinct deck designs available.

l  Course ore deck is designed for recovering particles size from 0.5 mm to 2 mm;

2  Fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074 mm to 0.5 mm;

3  Slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.074 mm.

The working principle of Shaking Table is to use the combined action of the specific gravity difference of sorted minerals, alternating movement of bed surface, and transverse oblique water flow and riffle (or notch groove), to allow loose layering of ores on the bed surface and fan-shaped zoning. Then different products can be produced.
