1. What is the MOQ? Can I order less than MOQ?
Usually the MOQ is 50,000 pcs, if you want the smaller quantity than the MOQ, the prices have to be rised due to the shipping cost.

2. How to get your samples?
Our sample is free, but please provide your express account or afford the freight cost.

3. How many days would we get the samples?
You will get the samples within one week upon the express, like as DHL FedEx etc..

4. What is the lead time if I place an order?
Usually we have the stock that can be shipped immediately, or to produce that needs 5 - 15 days according to your order quantity.

5. What is the payment term?
Usually we ask for 30% T/T deposit in advance, and 70% T/T balance before shipment.
