 Product Introduction :

 Externally heated purge desiccant air dryer is a new economic product developed by our company.This series product integrating advantages of heat-exists purge and heatless purge,externally heating the purge type air, reduce it’s consumption.It efficiently avoids the disadvantages of short switching time and consuming most of the purge air of the desiccant air dryer and wasting electricity of heat-exists air dryer.This product has got rationally switch time,little purge air consumption,also being the most economical desiccant dryer in this line and widely used in metallurgy,electrical.electron,foodstuff,chemical industry,petroleum,medicine,light industry,cigarette,apparatus,auto industry and so on.

How it works?

Externally Heated Desiccant Air Dryer is integrated the advantages of PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption)&TSA(Temperature Swing Adsorption).Absorbing during normal temperature and dense water vapor,purging during relatively high temperature and less density of water vapor.Thant’s to say,absorb water of sorbent,purify during the purging period by superior purge air of thermal diffusion pressure difference.
