1.Working principle

Main function is used for oil well cementing of bulk cement loading and transportation, cooperate with the cementing cement cementing operations, bulk cement semi-trailer fluidization, use compressed air to make cement cement from ash cylinder through a pipeline to a certain height and level distance. Bulk cement trailer can improve labor condition, reduce cement consumption and environmental pollution, improve the efficiency and the cementing quality of well cementation. Bulk cement is unique in: when other vehicles with ash content reaches to a certain extent, can't separate operations, can be two or more through docking, the remaining cement into a car, so as to reduce vehicle fuel consumption, the purpose of cementing jobs don't interrupt.

2. Application

Suitable for fly ash, cement, lime powder, mineral powder, granular base, such as a particle diameter of not more than 0.1mm powder dry bulk transport materials. Mainly for the cement plant, cement warehouses and large construction sites, can save a lot of packaging materials and handling labor. The main tank from the cylinder, the upper end of the tank inlet, fluidized bed, a feeding tube assembly, intake manifold, and other accessories.

3.Main features:

Using fully automatic computer CAD design technology, tanks using automatic longitudinal/ring to the welding seam is firm and level off, can be independent warehouse storage, shipment different abrasive materials, unloading speed, low residual rate, safety performance is high, easy to operate. Shape is round or V tanks, material can choose carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy. Inside the bag or fluidized bed or MiZiXing fluidized bed. Good performance of simple structure, convenient maintenance, vulcanization. Can choose air compressor or direct drive transmission shaft (optional belt drive and motor drive)

4. TECHNICAL INDEX

Under the condition of working pressure of 0.2 Mpa, discharging speed is 1.2 to 1.5 T/mm residual rate of 2 ‰ or less, under certain conditions, the discharging height 25 m or more.
