Main features

this hot air circulating Without compressed air interface, switched to second power source in time of power cut to ensure technological parameters of highly-efficient heating, operation can be automatically printed and recorded;

Adopt up-to-date German BOSCH technology, adopt highly-efficient negative pressure airflow sealing to avoid environment pollution caused by ageing of sealing gasket due to continuous high temperature; high-efficient sealing gasket is not required,

Automatic control device is installed at preheating, heating and cooling stages to ensure balanced differential pressure for drying oven;

hot air circulating is set with room differential pressure, wind pressure balancing device of drying oven;

Five-point temperature testing: One testing point is set at preheating stage to check the temperature, and indicate over-large wind pressure at high temperature stage in time of exceeding normal temperature (<100 degrees);three-point temperature testing is set at high temperature stage, one testing point is set at cooling stage to measure the bottle mouth temperature.

Installed with DOP testing opening;

Net belt-shaped ultrasonic on-line cleaning;

Installed with surface cooling system to control exist temperature 25-30℃.
