| The Feature Description |
It is suitable for small and medium sized castings, forgings, stampings, the gear, spring and other parts of deoxidization, rust removal, remove scale and surface strengthening, are especially suitable for the cleaning of parts and reinforcement.
Features:
1. The cantilever centrifugal type shot blasting machine, has a long service life, simple structure. 2. With 75 m/s, 80 m/s, 85 m/s three mass ejection speed.
3. The pulley that adopts international advanced quick change on the structure, improve the production efficiency and reduce labor intensity. 4. Using BE type separator, good separation effect and higher productivity, to improve the blade life have a positive effect.
5. Using the bag filter, dust emission concentration is lower than the national standard, improved labor conditions.
6. This model increases the manual pill brake, door of sand production of some special agencies.
Shot Blasting Machine Blast Wheel
1. Blast Wheel is a new kind of imp eller head with high efficiency, simple structure and low noise .
2.The 8 Blades are inserted on the wheels and firmly fixed by the centrifugal force of vane wheel revolving ,no need to use any clamp apparatus.
3.Simple design of blade locking guarantees a quick turn or change of blades.It will only take 3 to 5 minutes to disassemble the 8 pieces blades.
