Steel Plate Pretreatment Line

The series is H profiled steel shot blasting machine. It is used for eliminating stress and removing surface rust of big model l-shaped steel, H profiled steel, higher size of steel structure. The series shot blasting machine is used for construction industry, bridge industry. The series steel plate, model material pretreatment line is made up of warm-up,shot blasting, spray-paint, drying. According to customers requirements, we could shot blasting for stand-alone. It also could continue work through online to realize warm-up, shot blasting, spray-paint, drying. It is used for removing rust, painting(pretreatment) of steel plate, profiled steel. It is ideal equipment for shipping, automobile, locomotive, machine, bridge, oil artesian well platform, port and dock facilities, container, boiler industry. The production line is controlled by PLC machine. It adopts shift storage and photo electricity check, automatic measurement of the thickness and width of the plate, automatic adjustment the width of shot blasting belt and the height of cleaning device. The whole line rolling bearing four frequency control. It could be subsection or the whole line fine tuning. It can assure that shot blasting, painting drying quality of pretreatment steel material.

1. Steel descaled by this system can lengthen die life, improve burning, welding and machining operations, and provide the proper surface finish for the application of modern coatings.

2. It is mainly formed by pre-heating part, descaling part, spraying paint part and drying part.

3. The descaling part formed by the cantilever centrifugal type impeller heads, the full shutter type sand separator.

4. The pills cleaning adopted high strength nylon rolls and high pressure blower second level cleaning device.

5. The pre-heating and drying part adopted various heating modes, such as electricity, fuel gas, fuel oil and so on. 

6. The spraying paint part adopted the high pressure airless spraying. 

7. The full line is centralized controlled by Industrial Personal Computer (IPC).

8. As the shape of steel plate is almost regular before processed, it is helpful for mechanical rust removal and automation of spraying paint, improving the efficiency of dust removing, reducing the intensity of labor and environment pollution.

9. Mainly used in the field of shipbuilding, locomotive, antiseptic project and bridge construction industries.

Composition:

It mainly consists of workpiece conveying system, photoelectric detection device, shot blasting system, auto paint spraying and mist treatment system, drying system, and electrical control system.

Blasting wheels

To ensure product performance and reliability, we purchase components from dependable overseas suppliers. For instance, the paint pump, spray gun and nozzle all use imported products. In addition, Q360 blast wheel of our product is made using Japanese technology. Our steel pretreatment line also utilizes an efficient dust collector to keep dust away from the operator for increased visibility.

Working Principle 
The workpieces are loaded onto the input roller conveyor which conveys them into the blast chamber. During blasting, the blast wheel directs shots at a high velocity toward the surface of workpiece for removal of oxidized layer, rust or other contaminants. After this, shot cleaning equipment including roll brush and high pressure blowpipe is used to blow the shot blasting medium and dust off the workpiece surface. Then workpieces directly go to the spray booth, where maintenance primer is sprayed onto their surface via a spray gun. To dry surface coating, workpieces go through the drying room. After drying, the output roller conveyor is used to transport these workpieces, completing the whole process.
