At the same time, the function of steel pipe shot blasting will production costs to a minimum, and greatly improve the output.
Main Features
1. The shot blasting machine adopts shot up. Due to different diameter steel pipe on the roller table conveying in the underside roughly in the same height, shot blasting machine, from the bottom up mass ejection projectile to have the same distance on the surface of the steel pipe, steel shot reach the surface of the workpiece at the same mass ejection speed, to ensure that the different pipe diameter of steel pipe on the surface cleaning efficiency are the same. For subsequent spraying the same conditions.
2. Continuous workpiece by the import and export of shot blasting machine, because of the gap of cleaning pipe diameter steel pipes, to prevent the projectile flying outside, the machine adopts multi-layer removable brush seal, achieve complete sealing of the projectile.
