The whole is fixed by anchors and the complete structure can be modified or changed without altering the original structure.

The A type raising cage system can house 55 chicks per cages and is equipped with automatic drinking and feeding system.

The feeding pans are situated inside the cages which ensure a greater delivery of the food.

 Nipples water supply are installed in a fixed position to both side of the cages and

 provide clean and fresh water.

Our silos are made from galvanized sheet steel. These silos are used in agricultural for the storage of food grains. They are highly appreciated by the customers due to their remarkable attributes such as durability, spacious, resistance against corrosion and ability to withstand adverse weather conditions.  

The size of the silo required depends on daily feed consumption and required storage time. All systems can be filled pneumatically or by auger.

The cleaning PP belts collect the manure under the cages to prevent them from falling into the lower floors. 

The manure is then transported into a truck thanks to a conveyor located in front of the cages. 

This system reduces ammonia emissions in the house and improves the welfare of animals.

Each system utilizes the natural cooling effect of evaporation to efficiently cool the air entering your buildings. Combined with the wind-chill effect of tunnel ventilation, these systems improve production in the hottest weather.

 

 

 

fan & ventilation system

  

It delivers fresh air and removes excess heat, moisture and undesirable gases from the broiler house. A typical ventilation system in a chicken house consists of fans, air inlets, evaporative cooling system and controller/thermostats.

 

 

environmental control system (Agrologic)

  

The controller monitors house environmental conditions and adjusts the heating, ventilation and cooling equipment as necessary to keep temperatures constant.

As the house temperature fluctuates, the controller will turn on the brooders or fans as needed. The controller operates equipment in the house including: brooders, fans, inlet machines, curtain machines, evaporative cooling systems and lights.
