We offer special external pipe cleaning machine from 2" to 24" / 24" to 60" / 60' to 120" inch/dia long pipes. The machine is widely use for cleaning new or used pipe for oil, gas or waterlines.
 
The shot blasting removes mill scale from new pipe or rust and corrosion from used pipe. The uniformly cleaned matte surface facilitates inspection and provides more bonding area for sub sequent coating.
 
Internal Pipe Shot Blasting Machines
Capacity: 6 to 24 inch/dia (150 mm to 600 mm) 
                         
We offer special internal pipe cleaning machine which operates on air blast principle. The lance blast nozzle is used for cleaning the interior surface of pipe.
 
The machine can be provided with inlet and outlet conveyor and handling system. The shot blasted surface provides excellent bonding for final coating.
 
The machine is widely use for cleaning new or used seamless steel tubes.
