LAYER CAGES A TYPE BREEDING SYSTEM

Our "A" type cages feature a hot-dip galvanized steel frame and allow a high raising quality. A food trolley moves along the cages and ensure a rapid and efficient distribution of the food in every floors. Chickens have access to the food thanks to the feed trough located outisde the cages and nipple drinkers situated in the cages provide fresh and clean water to all the birds.
A conveyor belt in polypropylene allows egg collection in on all floors to the collection tables located at the rear.

2/ Food trolley 

The automated feed trolley moves along the cages and enables fast and efficient distribution food in all the floors. The frame is hot-dip galvanized steel, which ensures maximum durability.
The food is distributed in the feeders equally and uniformly. The system can be
automated or manual.

 3/ Automatic egg collecting system

The conveyor bet collects the eggs from each tiers and provide gentle, smooth transport of the eggs until the pick-up area . It helps preventing cracks in the shells and preserving egg quality.
The pick-up area is situated behind each cage rows, and the eggs are to be gathered together manually.

4/ Manure removal system

The cleaning belts collect the manure under the cages. The manure is then transported into a truck thanks to a conveyor located in front of the cage units. This system reduces ammonia emissions in the house and improves the welfare of animals.

5/ Ventilation system

We supply all the necessary equipment to ensure a healthy and good ventilation in the shed for the chickens during the raising period. The equipment include : air inlet, ventilators, pad cooling and heating system.

6/ Environmental collector (model Temptron 616)

Our environmental collector is easy to operate and monitors the house environmental conditions and adjusts the heating, ventilation and cooling equipment as necessary to keep temperatures constant.

As the house temperature fluctuates, the controller will turn on the brooders or fans as needed. The controller operates equipment in the house including: heating, fans, air inlet, curtain, pad cooling, alarm, water valve etc.

All parts are shaped and perforated in the factory, and are ready for installation site.
The mounting of shed buildings requires no soldering since all components are bolted
together. Hot-dip galvanized ensures a long longevity and reduces the rate of corrosion and aging.
