1. Machine Characteristics

1. The control panel is intelligent, adopts PLC program and touch screen to control.
2. This machine adopts hydraulic device to control welding electrode; it can weld two spots one time when flat bar thickness is within 2.5-4mm, weld 1 spot one time when flat bar thickness is within 4-6mm.

3. The mesh pulling system adopts Panasonic servo motor&slider bearing, more stable, high precision.
4. This machine adopts specially designed mould to fix flat bars. The flat bar space is fixed, flat bar thickness and width can be adjusted within range on one mould.

5. The welding transformers are water cooling type, have 8 degrees and can be adjusted.

Q: What's the production capacity?

A: It depends on your flat bar thickness, flat bar space, twisted bar space. Usually 30-100m^2/8hours.

Q: Can you make voltage according to my requirement?

A: yes, we can make 3 phase, 380V/220V/415V/440V, 50Hz or 60Hz.

Q: What's the payment terms?

A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T before shipment, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, or cash etc. It is negotiationable.
