Control from production process:

• We don’t send parts out for pretreatment, all process would be supervised under inspection department
• 7 stages pretreatment meet international standard

Control from material:

• All the material are inspected before entering to warehouse
• All bolts and screws are of SS material
• Mild steel ERW rectangular tubes or sheets 1.2-2.0mm thickness, meet EU standard

Control from inspection:

• Process inspections after cold working, acid washing, powder coating and assembling
• Final inspection before loading in random checking
• All the treadmill are tested  one by one in quiet room
