* Interdental Pick:

Removes plaque and helps fight gingivitis, as effectives as flossing, professional quality tip.

1. For food removal:

 Gently pull away from gum line at a 90" angle to teeth.

2. For plaque removal:

The curved top is for plaque removal, put top of curve flat against teeth at the gum line,

gently pull away towards edge of tooth, continue in on up and down motion.

* Scaler:

1. Use flat side of Scaler beginning at the gum line, gently scale away plaque and tartar using light to medium pressure;

2. Repeat-use Scaler to remove caught food particles and bacteria from teeth and gums.

* Interdental Brush:

1. Insert brush into wide spaces between teeth.

2. Begin at back of mouth along outside of surface teeth.

3. Use several staight in and out motions in spaces wide enought.

4. Proceed along inside row of teeth,

5. Rinse mouth thoroughly.

* Soft Pik:

Softly removes plaque and food debris, stimilates gums to promote periodontal healty, fights gingivitis.

* Magnifing Mirror:

Professional quality mirror aids in oral care.

* Tongue Scraper:

1. Removes bacteria and helps prevent bad breath.

2. Place tongue scraper on back of tongue and apply slight pressure.

3. Gently push down as you pull tongue scraper forward.
