The Main Components of Molding Machine:

Molding machine is composed of body & rapping mechanism & shock compaction mechanism & tumbler and pressure head part & a pneumatic tube system.

1 The body is a solid hollow frame workpiece and the top of it supporting tumbler and pressure head part. Tumbler hooking the body to make compressive strength bore by body in compaction process. The body and jolting mechanism are connected by bolt. In tumbler and pressure head part, the pressure head is fixed on the rocker arm which can swing. There is a spiral elevator on pressure head. The distance between pressure head and sand box can be adjusted according to sand box height.

2 The tumbler completes front arm and tumbler movement by hand valve controlling oil cylinder and piston reciprocating movement.

3 Rapping mechanism consists of two rapping mechanisms & connecting rod & balance shaft & stripping table & rapping rod.

Connecting rod & balance shaft & striping table will be started by stripping cylinder to make four mandrills jacking sandbox at

the same time for rapping.

4 Shock compaction mechanism adopts spring microseismic pneumatic compacting structure. Compaction shock increases vibration. Clamping cylinder will lock vibrating cylinder in rapping process and it will unfix in stamping die process.
