MOULD

Our company supply all kind of moulding boxes:
1.All the rough casting accept heat treatment for stress relieving.
2.For the first iron pouring, we will check the chemical composition, physical property, spectrometer inspection, metalgraphic inspection.
3.CNC machine group guarantee mechanical machining.  100% CMM measuring
4.special gauges to check interchangeablity of cope box and drag box.
5.All the flask should be inspected, tested, painted and firmly packed before shipment
