Product Application
Stone through type shot blasting machine is mainly used for marble, simple components, small castings surface cleaning, to remove rust, dirt on the surface of the workpiece, scale, sand casting, etc., make the workpiece cleaning, decontamination and strengthening, deoxidization effect, improve the fatigue strength, and ultimately achieve the goal of improve the quality of workpiece surface and internal.
Main components of the clean room, roller conveyor, blast wheel, tiny circulatory system (including hoisting machine, separator, vertical screw conveyor and for pipe), dust removal, cleaning system and electric control parts.
Main Features
1. Can be completely clean and to remove surface laitance from sand.
2.Fully open the pores of the concrete surface; the closure or adhesive agent completely into the concrete.
3. Can be exposed in advance of concrete defect.
4. To obtain a uniform rough but clean surface, good skid resistance, greatly increasing the interlaminar shear strength and bond strength.
