This machine is a new type of high efficient drum type shot blasting machine, according to the market demand to develop the cleaning machine. It’s the drum structure, when blasting shot, drum not only will turn, and swing up and down, fully clean the workpiece. And more uniform, clean time will shorten greatly, improve the efficiency. It is very suitable for clean small and medium-sized casting, forging, especially thin wall flat parts.
Using drum type mechanism, with efficient wheel turbine, when blasting shot, drum can rotary, shake up and down, the workpiece can stirring and do not hit, projection blasting uniform. It can clean a small thin pieces Drum mechanism adopts hydraulic control, equipment work process is stable, accurate positioning. It is used in the industries of casting and forging which is lower than 15kgs for sand cleaning, derusting, descaling and surface strengthening. |
